Friends of KCAHT
KCAHT, launched in 2012, is comprised of community-based organizations, victim service providers, law enforcement, legal service providers, City and County government departments, health and behavioral health care providers, faith communities, and community members dedicated to working together to address the critical issue of Human Trafficking in Kern County.
